Update 1-14-26
Surgery was a success and SIL is feeling good. Off oxygen and oxygen level is perfect.
True miracle. Prayers answered.
She was moved via helicopter last Thursday. Our hospital here was unable to do the procedure. They shipped her of to Marin Welness Center in Marin. Hope they can fix her up.
Hoping for the best. Scary unknown at this point. Lots of prayers and happy thoughts headed her way. Of course for surgeon too.
I will let you know how it goes.
Last Wednesday my nieces dog bit me on the leg. That was shocking. The dog is 2 year old wired haired pointer.
He is very hyper. And aggressive. First time I was ever bit by a dog. I have been around dogs all my life. The bite seems to be ok and healing. My niece said her dog has been having a hard time with everything going on with her Mom. So I understand.
Still, I will stay clear in future. I would not want a dog that bites. I worry about kids.
The weather here has been weird. This morning was our first frost! Usually our first frost is always by November. The good news is Spring is not that far away.
I hope your week is off to a good start.
I am working alone till Thursday. Co worker had to take her dog to UC Davis to have tooth pulled. So I am very busy.
I will write as soon as I hear something!
