Hope everyone is enjoying the last dregs of Summer. I know I am looking forward to a huge rainy Winter!!!(-: We are in desperate need of some rain here. It is slowly turning into a desert in this area.)-: I might have to replant the garden with cactus next year. )-:

Happy Monday
Sometimes I feel like this planter.(-: I think it is caused by thinking to much. The head just explodes! I am glad today is not one of those days, but I am sure you know what I am talking about.
On those days when your head is exploding with thoughts, it is a good idea to go outside and work in the garden. It always puts everything in perspective. (-: Have a great day!

Handy Planter
I got this planter a while back. It filled in really well until the squirrels decided to dig in it.(-:

First Atempt At A Birdcage Planter
Not loving it. I will keep working on it.
I had to take everything out of it to put the chicken planter in there. Now I don't really like the chicken in there. LOL!
Oh well it was fun to do.

A Ghost and The Moon
You probably know by now I like to play with my words. Of course Ghosts have been sighted around here, but this time I am only talking about a lone Ghost Chile Pepper.
The Moon Flower is blooming like crazy and is covered with bees. I am not sure where they went when I snapped the pictures. Could they be camera shy? I do understand, as I too, dislike my picture taken.

The New Seahorse and a Garden Fish
I added to the beach theme with these two new friends. I hope they will swim happily along in the Garden of Life and bring much needed cheer to all they meet.
Sometimes you just have to do what you feel like doing and that is what I am doing lately. Just what I feel like. Having cheerful friends lurking in my garden adds to my joy when I peek around a corner and spot them watching me. I honestly have no idea what I would do without my garden. It brings me peace in a world full of chaos. Sometimes, I just need to step outside with a cold drink and reflect on all that life has to offer.
I am going to miss the Summer but I am looking forward to some rain. We are in dire need. So if that means Fall has to arrive then I am ready to say goodbye to all the green and prepare for the deadness of Fall. I suppose I better get out the rake and make sure it still works.(-:

Princess Update
I haven't posted a picture in a while of the little Princess. She is almost 8 months old (on the 12th), weighs 16+ pounds, and has 2 bottom teeth. She is working on her top ones now as you can see.(-: She is just about the cutest thing ever don't you think?(-:
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying your Summer. School starts here in just a little over a week. Ugh! Not ready!
