I finally feel satisfied with the lattice. I bought 40 3 inch mirrors and glued them to the back in each hole of the lattice. I bought the mirrors online at Craft Supplies For Less for a great price. I was very happy with how it turned out over all. The mirrors reflect the scenery in the yard and bring it all together for the setting. The old ship on the top my brother rescued out of the recycle bin for me. I like how it goes along with the over all theme.
I am glad you are all enjoying your coupons. I have bought a lot of fun Halloween stuff with mine. I am waiting till October 1st to put out the decorations since its still summer here. We are still having 100 degree temps and no rain. I do have leaves falling but who knows if that is from the season changing or lack of water. Anyhow, if I don't answer right back don't worry I am just really busy with work and trying to keep up with chores. Enjoy your week and I will check in on you all soon(-:

I think you have done a wonderful job on your sink! Everything seems to work so well together from the boat to the ferns and other greenery. Great vision you had for this creation….

Love what you did with it! It's an attractive focal point and something unexpected for that part of the yard. I was wondering how it was coming along.

I know you are busy. Sometimes, this time is just as crazy as spring. Can't wait to see your Autumn decorations. Miss ya!

Looks great & I love the mirrors behind the trellis. The whole scene is gorgeous. Great idea. I should have kept my old sink.
Will look forward to your fall decorations. I know how it is to have to do the work of another person. Makes it hard for all.

I LOVE it! You always have such great ideas. Where do you find the time to come up with them????

Wow...very beautiful setting. Wanna come do my yard? ;-)

I like it! Very clever! What is that plant just to the left of the sink? It's the length of daylight that tell the trees it's time to change...it's a strange language, I think!!

I love the mirrors in the back. It really sets it off. I love water features. Isn't it wonderful when a plan comes together? (the A Team)

You did a great job! The mirror with the lattice looks so good.
I know how you are feeling with work and etc. I am having a hard time doing everything I want to do as well. Maybe things will calm down a bit for both of us soon!

You know, it seemed you were busier. I kinda thought maybe you just had a bad summer with all the fires and weren't yourself. Now I see you are pulling the load of three people. I appreciate you for that and i know you love those kids.

My husband works like that too. He need a lot more help.

Hi perennialgardener,
Thank You! I had a hard time at first because I just taped a few mirrors on and I didn't like it. So I put them away for a week or so and thought now what...(-: It took gluing them on to see what it really looked like(-:

That's really pretty, Cindee. I like the work you do. And, I can't believe that you came to my blog and called yourself "lazy." You work all the time!

Alex said...

Stopping by to say hello. :)

cindee said...

Hi Shelly,
I am lazy compared to a couple years ago when I use to get so much done. I just don't have the energy I use to have or the time. Now I would rather just come home from work and sit or take a nap. This has been a terrible year. I can not wait for it to be over. Thanks for stopping by(-:

Hi Alex,
