Sourdough bread making has been quite the challenge. I have tried everything. To much water...not enough...rises...doesn't rise...starter no good...you name it I have been there. This time I decreased the amount of water in the recipe by 20 more grams. This is seriously the most challenging thing I have ever baked. I see the pictures of everyone's bread and I think... Wow!
So here is where I am at today.
In the oven...20 or so more mins to go...
Sliced and tested.
It is the best so far but still not the way I want it to look. I need to work more on forming. Tastes great though(-:
