I love Sun faces and Moon faces. I found a super cool moon I really want but don't know if I want to fork out the money(-: I have been trying to decide all day. I still can't decide. I still have some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket. It is one of those things that I don't "need" but I "want" you know the kind. So do I spend my money or save it for something more practical like paying bills or groceries? There is always the reason that I just got a Sun face for my birthday last month. Oh and I also have two other ones. But...I don't have a moon face!(-: You see my problem right?
It was suppose to rain but instead its just a cloudy day with an occasional sun poking through the clouds. I am still recovering from my cold so I decided it was probably a good day to just kick back and do nothing(-: I hope you are having a great day today!!!

(You know the song. The words have been changed...)
It's begining to look a lot like springtime.
Everywhere you go;
Take a look in your garden, its growing once again
The grass is to, and needs to have a mow.
It's begining to look a lot like springtime
flowers in every store.
But the prettiest sight to see is the forsythia tree
blooming by my door.

Finally, after months and months of waiting, I noticed today that two of the violets I started last April have buds on them!(-: I am so excited! I can't wait to see what they will look like. I thought I would share the developing buds with you(-: Hopefully the buds grow fast and bloom! I will keep you posted of their progress.

The Star Magnolia is blooming so beautifully right now. I love it. It also has a wonderful smell. I like to think of it as "The Star of the Show"
I think this is a Viburnam. I am not sure because it was a pass-a-long plant. It grows with little care. I prune it each spring and it seems to hold its shape all summer unlike the hedge that needs pruning every couple weeks. I will prune it after it is finished flowering.

Yup you did read that right. Now you just have to find the Whoooooooo-ter(-: There is a mated pair, but the one mate flew off when I took the picture. Hopefully he or she will be back soon so I can take a group photo(-: Whenever I go outside in the evening they whooooo whoooo to me. I guess they are looking for a handout. Probably looking for my rabbit. I hope Mz Rabbit is hiding in the brush.
