The food looks yummy and your granddog looks contented. There's nothing like the comforts of home. Have a happy holiday weekend.

That chocholate cheesecake looks professional! And the turkey is so evenly browned. I would guess you have been around the kitchen a few times, LOL. Vickie

Yummmy! I admit my sweet potatoes come from a can...lol. I agree with everyone, the cheesecake looks magazine perfect! I'm sure it was all gone by the end of the day!

Thanks for hosting the Garden Junk chat, I really enjoyed it and had a great time chatting with you and the rest of the GJ'ers! Let's do it again soon!

Geez, we've had big birds like that in the past. I'm having some trouble remembering what in the world we did with all of the leftovers. We've have 4 meals off of our 15 pound bird and there's still enough left for one more meal. Maybe I'll make some soup with it so they don't get too bored of turkey and potatoes....

Do you have any of that yummy looking cheesecake left over? I imagine that flew out of the pan in one sitting!

Hi Kudzu,
Glad you got to come chat. It was fun!!!(-: We have to do that again. We had left over cheesecake because there was so much of everything else!!!! We love it though so we have been enjoying it.

Hi Cindy,
We have left overs too. But I made a big plate up for my family to take home too. So that was good. I love turkey and gravy etc. So I am in heaven!!!(-: Yummy. Hope you had a nice Holiday!!!!

Okay, as a faithful reader to your blog, I now wonder what it takes to get the recipe for the cheesecake?!? I suppose it is a secret family recipe from someone's great-grandmother and can only be passed on to the first born male child of every other generation, or something like that! Please... how about a recipe posting!
