I guess she thinks so anyhow. It was 105.6 degrees today so I don't blame her for taking a dip in the pond. I bet she feels a lot better(-:
When it gets hot enough any water looks good, huh? It was in the high 80's here yesterday...getting to feel a lot like Summer!Luckily, got most of the planting I wanted to do while it was cooler and it may just revert back to the lower temps of "May Gray" and "June Gloom" weather.Stay cool!
Lin,It was 109 here a bit ago. I am roasting. I got a plant package from a friend in Michigan and planted those plants. I hope they all survive. What a huge climate change for them. Hopefully the weather cools down. I am not ready for the heat of summer yet.
I really like your watering cans! I hope it cools down soon for all our sakes!
105---oh my word..pack your bags and I'm coming to get you and the duck. It was chilly enough here today for a sweater. I like that watering can too---you can start buying stuff for me. You got the best junk.
Was it really that hot already? Austin has been unusually cool the last couple of days, but May is when it generally starts heating up. I don't look forward to it.
The watering cans etc are all from the recycling place where my brother lives. People actually throw that stuff away!!!! I know...I can't believe it either!!!It was 109 on Saturday here and I am tired of it already!!! Suppose to cool down to 100 today so we'll see. Next week the forcast is for 90's temps.
